Everyone’s started banging on about this new series Pan Am (short for Pan American, an airline) and how it’s ‘the new Mad Men’. I haven’t seen an episode of it yet, though I’m certainly looking forward to it starting on BBC3, but it got me thinking about how much of an ICON Christina Ricci is. Besides playing the girl whom I grew up idolising and even now still emulate her behaviour, Miss Wednesday Addams, she has portrayed many other characters with such depth and distinction.
